In the Health Promotion and Rehabilitation Lab at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, we design and test innovative health interventions to support people living with chronic conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Our current projects involve co-developing mobile applications that promote self-management, well-being, and health engagement.
